I am healthy even on my worst days
I used to think that the only times I was ‘healthy’ were the days that I was 'perfect' in my health. If ANYTHING was out, I would not let myself believe that I was healthy, and I felt I needed to 'start again' the next day.. This is absolutely NOT the case!!

There are two main reasons as to why your routines alone may not be giving you the results you are wanting. The first involves your body trying to keep you alive, the second involves beliefs you may have picked up from childhood. Both play a profound impact on the way you show up within your life.

This part of you is quite literally willing to do anything to keep you from being at risk of experiencing the emotions fear, shame, or rejection.

I no longer approach my health (my fitness, my nutrition, my relationship with my body) from a place of what my mind wants. Instead, I let my body lead. I let my body tell me what she needs, wants, desires. And equally what she doens’t need, want, or desire. And this has been GAME CHANGER!
