You care about your health. You want to feel good in your body, create and instil habits that support you, and live in a way that reflects the goals and values that matter to you.

But knowing what you want for yourself and being able to consistently live it are two very different things β€” especially when the approaches that seem to work so effortlessly for others don't necessarily work for you.

Your health should start with understanding you.

This is where I come in. Together, we:

  • Look at physical factors influencing your health - such as nutrition, gut health, stress, hormones, and nutrient status;

  • Use your symptoms, health history and testing to better understand what your body needs;

  • Create an individualised approach to nutrition that works with your body and your goals;

  • Build healthy habits and lifestyle strategies that work with your neurodivergent brain;

  • Explore the deeper emotional patterns, beliefs and internal barriers that may be keeping you stuck in your health;

  • Strengthen your connection with yourself and learn to recognise what your brain and body need; and

  • Build the confidence and self-trust to reach your health goals and create a healthy life that feels authentically yours.

Because your health isn't about becoming better at following somebody else's formula. It's about creating one that works for you. ✨

Women’s health coach and clinical nutritionist

My own relationship with health has been anything but straightforward. I’ve navigated my own array of mental and physical health challenges, while learning what it really means to understand and work with my body rather than constantly pushing against it.

Being diagnosed with ADHD and autism in adulthood helped me understand why living consistently in alignment with my health goals and values had felt so difficult for so long, despite having the knowledge, tools and drive to do so.

Today, I bring together my qualifications, 10+ years of experience in the health and fitness industry, and my own lived experience, to help neurodivergent women understand their unique brain and body and reach their health goals with confidence and self-trust.

I truly believe that health isn't simply about knowing what to eat or what you're supposed to do.

It's about understanding and navigating how you work. ✨
