What it TRULY means to be a woman 👸🏻
As a woman, you are a dynamic, consistently shifting, absolute force of nature who at times may like Barbie and an absolute queen, while at other times may feel like a lousy, fat raccoon who wants to do nothing but rot in bed with her favourite snack and binge watch Netflix. 😅🥲
Women’s nutritional needs vary week-to-week
Our menstrual cycle, which occurs across a monthly cycle, involves various shifts of a number of hormones including estrogen, throughout each week of that monthly cycle. Our chemistry literally changes week-to-week across any given month, and this means that our nutritional needs vary as a result.
Women shouldn’t live their lives like men
Within each monthly cycle, women experience dips and trophs of estrogen along with other hormones that are also involved with the menstrual cycle. These hormonal shifts lead to shifts in the way we think, in how creative we are at any point in time, how intuitive we are, how social we feel, our energy levels, how hungry we feel, and how much we can physically manage at any point in time.
